Montblanc Spain Logistics Policy

I. Delivery Scope and Service Process

Montblanc provides delivery services throughout Spain (including the mainland and the Balearic Islands). All online orders are shipped from Montblanc's central warehouse in Germany. Your order is delivered via our designated courier company, and delivery is insured throughout the entire process to ensure the safety of your goods.

II. Order Processing Time

After successful order submission, we typically require 1 to 2 business days for order review, address verification, and payment confirmation. Please note that Montblanc's distribution centers do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and German public holidays. Orders placed during these holidays will be processed on the next business day.

III. Delivery Time

After your order is shipped from our German warehouse, delivery to your Spanish address typically takes 2 to 4 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the selected courier service. Delivery times may be longer for areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla; we recommend checking the estimated time provided by the system at checkout.

IV. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Policy

Montblanc uses a standardized shipping fee. The system automatically calculates and displays the final shipping cost at checkout. There are no additional charges upon delivery. Montblanc periodically offers free shipping promotions; specific free shipping thresholds and applicable conditions are subject to the product page and official website announcements.

V. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can track the delivery progress in real time using this tracking number on the courier company's website or by logging into the "My Account" page on the Montblanc website. Please note that it is recommended to check the packaging integrity upon receipt. If you find any damage to the outer packaging, please inform the courier immediately and contact customer service.

VI. Customs and Taxes

Orders shipped from Montblanc's German warehouse follow the EU's rules on the free movement of goods. Delivery to Spanish addresses does not incur cross-border customs duties. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as they are not within the EU customs territory, import duties and VAT may be incurred upon receipt. These costs are borne by the recipient. Customers in the aforementioned regions are advised to consult their local customs authorities before placing an order to understand the applicable tax policies.

VII. Special Delivery Instructions

For certain high-value products, Montblanc reserves the right to deliver the goods only to the designated recipient specified in the order and may require verification of identity information upon delivery. If you require delivery to a hotel or forwarding address, please contact the Montblanc customer service team to confirm feasibility before submitting your order.
