In Spain, Montblanc's return and refund policy varies depending on the purchase channel (online boutique or physical store). Here are the key points:
I. Online Boutique Purchases
1. Return Period
Items purchased from the Montblanc Spain online boutique can be returned within 30 days of receipt. This period is longer than the 14-day cancellation right granted to consumers under Spanish law.
2. Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags, security labels, and packaging intact. Montblanc reserves the right to refuse returns if the item has been used, is worn, or has missing tags.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized Montblanc items (such as engraving/embossing) and perfumes are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
4. Return Process
Log in to your Montblanc account, fill out the return application form to generate a return tracking number, and use the prepaid shipping label to return the item via the designated courier. Please do not choose other courier companies to avoid customs clearance delays or package seizure. Returns must be shipped from within Spain.
5. In-Store Returns

6. Exchanges

III. Refund Processing
- After receiving the return, the warehouse will typically process it within 3 business days.
- Refunds take approximately 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the payment method.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment account; refunds cannot be sent to different accounts.
IV. Legal Notice
Spanish law stipulates that consumers have a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy for purchases made remotely (including online). Montblanc's 30-day return period exceeds the legal minimum.
